Cyberpunk 2077: How to get it
Once you have completed the Ghost Town mission at Act 2, the Spellbound side job will become available. To start the Spellbound side job, you’ll need Nix (the netrunner found in the Afterlife) to find him. He’ll then ask you to purchase a weapon.

Add the number to your contact list. Once you have done that, contact Reno to arrange a meeting.

Reno will meet you in Charter Hill at a bar. Reno will give you a few options depending on your Cyberpunk2077 lifepath or your Intelligence attribute.
